I am and I will be.

A simple guide for those discovering their true nature.

"Man is not fully conditioned and determined but rather determines himself whether he gives in to conditions or stands up to them."
- Viktor Frankl

This insight reminds us that we are never fully defined by external forces. We retain the power to choose how to see what we experience. This conscious choice is the beginning of true freedom.

What is your essence?

Have you ever felt there's more to life than meets the eye?

You might experience moments of clarity, a sense of longing for something beyond everyday experiences, or an intuitive feeling that you are more than just your physical body. These moments are signs that your true self is waking up to the reality of who you really are.

Leaving the Cave - A Timeless Allegory

In his famous Allegory of the Cave, the Greek philosopher Plato describes people who have lived chained inside a dark cave, only seeing shadows on a wall. These shadows, cast by objects behind them, are all they know - so they believe the shadows are reality.

One person breaks free. At first, the light hurts. But over time, he sees the real world - the source of the light, and eventually the sun. He realizes that everything he believed before was only an illusion.

Prisoners in the cave Beings unaware of their true nature
Shadows on the wall Illusions of the physical world
Chains and fire Conditioning, programming, limiting beliefs
The journey into sunlight Awakening and remembering
Seeing the true world Realizing the true nature of reality
Returning to the cave Helping others awaken

Just like the freed prisoner, you don't need to rush. Your eyes adjust with time. And when they do, you begin to see the vast, luminous truth of who you really are.

The world we inhabit often presents itself as final, solid, and absolute - yet beneath this surface lies a fleeting tapestry, woven from perception, belief, and conditioning. What we call "reality" may in fact be a veil - a carefully shaped experience through which consciousness explores limitation. You may sense dissonance between who you appear to be and what you feel you truly are.
